In 2017, Tianli performance very well and exceeded the annual target production mission ,with doubled number of value in sales&production.
All these are beneficial to the development of scrap metal recycling , sand&aggregate and non-metallic mining industry. Then we achieved new orders from our customers .The increased magnetic equipment demands come from below industry:
1.Scrap metal recycling,
we provide the whole processing line,and also separately processing machine like ,shredderscreen ,eddy current separator,conveyor magnet;
2.Sand&aggregate processing
we provide the suspension magnet and conveyor magnet which can be made of permanent magnet and electro core method.like ,RCYB magnet and RCYQ self cleaning magnet.
3.Ferrous metal beneficiation plant
we provide the high intensity roller magnetic separator ,high gradient verticle magnetic separator for hematite,high intensity plate magnetic separator for chromite .etc,
4. Non-metallic beneficiation plant
we provide the high intensity roller magnetic separator ,high gradient verticle magnetic separator ,high intensity plate magnetic separator for feldspar , silicon ,clay ,kaolin,or quartz.
5.Other areas require eliminating the iron contamination.
we provide drum magnetic separator for scale mills ,plantation,cement,coal,etc.
Due to the rapid growth of the order, the CEO Mr.Zhang made a decisive decision to add a new production line to meet the market demands .New production lines configurationInclude metal folding machine,metal cutting machine, Drilling machine, lathe, locomotive, name few of them. and also recrute new experienced workers,and increase the inventory of raw materials and various spares parts.
